I had my second of three Sidcots tailored to the dimensions of an earlier measuring chart.

It fitted like an absolute glove......but was quickly found to be impractical as I couldn't swing a propeller. And when I sat down..... it was too tight. Also had I used it when flying for any length of time I doubt I would have kept warm.

So ..... when using the measuring chart and you give your own measurements 'we' will add a small amount to the sizing to make the suit practical. A tight fit is not a good idea.
